- Creating a PhenixBox Account: To use certain services on the platform, you may be required to register and create a PhenixBox account, providing personal information, a username, and a password. We may assign you a username and password, or you may choose your own. We reserve the right to approve the use of the platform and related services at our discretion. We may request you to update your personal information or cancel your username and/or password at any time without being liable for any loss arising from or related to such actions. You agree to be responsible for the security of your account, username, and/or password, and for any disclosure or use thereof in all circumstances. You will keep your username and password confidential and change your password periodically. To enhance your experience on the platform, you will notify us immediately if you suspect or become aware that your username and/or password may have been disclosed or used without authorization, or if you need to update your personal information but are unable to access the platform.
- Usage Agreement: You agree that the use of the platform and/or any services on the platform, information, or communications referencing your username and password, as the case may be, shall be deemed as being accessed or issued by you. By accessing the platform and/or using any services (except in cases of unauthorized access as notified to us under clause 1), you agree to be solely responsible and liable for such actions, including indemnifying us for any losses incurred due to actions attributed to your username or password.
