    • Buyers: Buyers are responsible for reading and understanding the return and cancellation policies before making a purchase. They should follow the seller’s instructions for returns and cancellations accurately.
  4. PhenixBox’s Role:
    • Facilitation: PhenixBox facilitates the communication between sellers and buyers but does not directly handle returns or cancellations. All issues should be resolved between the seller and the buyer.
