3. All products need to specify the minimum order. (The minimum order will be decided by store owner)
4. Click “Add to Cart”.
– Can be adjusted (reduced – add product. At markers -, + and press update)
– If you select multiple items and want to remove them, click on “Cart image” and go to the bin of the desired item.
5. Click “View cart”.
6. Click “Buy from this seller”.
7. Go to the Checkout Information page.
8. Select your shipping address
- If it is new address, click “new address” and fill all address information then “Save Address”
9. Select your preferred shipping methods (system will notify you “Shipping Fee”)
10. Select your billing address
- If it is new address, click “new address” and fill all address information then click “Update”
11. Need Tax Invoice, click “Request Receipt/Tax Invoice”
12. If you have Discount Code, kindly fill the code then click “Apply Coupon”
13. Revise your information again
14. Click “Confirm and Pay”

– Change shipping address, PhenixBox would like you to directly contact to your seller and ask for address changing. If the shipping status is “Pending”, then you are able to change the shipping address. But, if your shipping status is “Shipped”, you can not correct any information.
A: You cannot change any product lists in purchasing order, which has already proceeded. PhenixBox would like you to cancel all your placement orders but they have to be in the “Preparing Parcel” Status.
